G.W.Graham’s “For-The-Babies” Team would like to give a big THANK YOU to our neighbors who came through with so many bottles and cans–with special recognition going to the man who brought three carloads, our neighbors on Thomas Rd, Timothy Ave, Springfield Pl and Remington Cr! Also, a shout out to our neighbors who gave spontaneously from Thomas Crossing and Halcyon! We (and the babies) say, “THANK YOU!”
Students are recycling to raise money for Pediatric Care at Chilliwack Hospital
—and you can help!
If you received a door-flyer from us in April, students will walk by on the morning of Wednesday, May 20th and collect any recycling bags that you leave outside your door. Please place your bags outside your door by 9:00 a.m. Thank you!
If you did not receive a flyer from us and you’d like to participate, please bring your pre-bagged plastic bottles and cans to G. W. Graham on Wednesday, May 20th between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Our students will take care of the rest. Thanks!
If you are unable to swing by, you can recycle and still donate to our event! Here’s how:
1. Create a Return-It Express account. (If you already have an account, that works too).
2. Set GW Graham TAD as your charity.
3. Bag your recyclables in clear plastic bags.
4. Go to a Return-It depot, Sardis or Chilliwack.
5. Log in at the Express machine.
6. Print and scan your labels.
7. Stick a label on each bag.
8. Place bags in the Express window.
9. Smile to yourself—and maybe at a baby!
